The team at Rastin Law is hoping everyone is staying healthy and adhering to the very important physical/social distancing protocols during this COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the Ontario Government order for a mandatory closure of all non-essential businesses, we want to assure the public that lawyers and law firms are identified as essential, pursuant to sections 61 and 65 on the government listing. As such, our law firm will continue to be completely operational.
To protect our clients, staff, business partners, families and friends; our offices remain closed to the public. We have shifted to a rotating remote work system for all of our lawyers and support staff. It is important to note that we are no longer conducting in-person meetings, at this time. All meetings have been switched to teleconferences or video conferences. At Rastin Law, we will always work hard to move your case through the legal system and fight for you to get the compensation you so rightfully deserve. If you are a current client and you have questions about the status of your case, you are able to contact the clerk assigned to your file, via phone or email.
We continue to accept new clients to help individuals whose cases fall within our wide-range of practice areas. To reach out to us, we are available through our contact form and the phone number provided at the top of our website. We will also, very shortly, be implementing a live chat feature on our website.
Keep up-to-date with any operational changes and/or new information by following us on our social media channels.
